How long will it take to ship my order?
Unless otherwise stated, all my bows are made to order so please allow up to 10 working days for them to be dispatched. If you need your order for a certain date, please contact us first and we will do our best to accommodate this.
We do offer a 'Prioritised' Shipping option which will have your order out in 1-2 working days, and shipped 1st class. Simply choose this option when checking out!
Do you ship to me?
We offer free UK shipping, and ship worldwide with a variety of shipping services depending on your location. For more details, please see our Shipping Policy by clicking here.
Can I track my order?
Depending on the shipping service you selected at check-out will determine whether or not you can track your order. Take a look at your shipment confirmation email for details, or contact us if you need further help.
Do you make custom bows?
We do! Contact me with your requirements and we’ll work to make that for you! Can either contact me on social media, or using the form here
Can I choose the clip style?
Yes! I offer all my bows on either an Alligator Clip, Barrette, or an Elastic Band. This can be chosen from the item page before adding to cart. I can also put smaller bows onto a baby elastic headband.
How can I pay for my bow?
We offer a variety of payment methods including card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
We have also partnered with Clearpay to offer an interest-free option to Shop now, Pay later
What do I do if I'm struggling with debts?
We do offer a Buy Now, Pay Later option but are very aware that some of our customers may be struggling with debts currently so only encourage you to use Clearpay if you can afford it.

What happens if I get charged a Customs fee on arrival?
All of my orders are sent from my home address in United Kingdom. Unfortunately I'm not able to tell if there will be any customs fees before shipping as these are constantly changing. I am not able to pay for these fees as they are set on import, any fees that are charged will need to be covered by the you, the customer, I'm afraid. These will be sent by the postal service in your home country and not from me,
I suggest checking your local customs sites for more information.
